The Nampally Gutta Lakshmi Narasimha Swami Temple is a distinctive hilltop Hindu shrine located near Vemulawada town in Rajanna Sircilla district, Telangana, India. The main idol is carved directly from the hillside rock, and smaller shrines within the complex honor Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Hanuman, and Naga Devathas.
